JENAYE AND JOE'S WEDDING IN THE BERKSHIRES

I remember the first time I heard from Jenaye & Joe about their wedding. I was on my way to a 1:1 workshop with Justin & Mary in New Haven and listened to a voicemail Jenaye had left me in which she described the day that she and her fiance Joe were planning. I could hear the sentiment and excitment in her voice.

I called her back on this warm April day and we immediately hit it off. I appreciated her genuineness and sweet personality. I instantly knew I wanted to be there on their wedding day! We agreed to an in-person meeting in my office a few weeks later and over Coronas (the meeting was on Cinco de Mayo) we discussed the details and they decided to trust me to capture a day that meant so much to them and their families.

What I didn't expect was that my relationship would continue with Jenaye over the months leading up to her wedding day when she so enthusiastically came to my fitness classes any Saturday she was in town. I loved seeing her there!  By the day of the wedding, it felt like we were friends. I want to convince she and Joe to move from Boston to the Berkshires like I did 10 years ago.

There is such a special charm to Jenaye & Joe's relationship. It's confident, beautiful and chivalrous. Joe was so attentive to his bride and I could see the admiration that they carried for each other throughout the day. They have deep rooted relationships with their families and friends, which is evident in the large representation of their high school friends at their wedding. That's rare and so special!
