Marketplace Kitchen/Catering was started over 25 years ago by Kevin Schmitz & David Renner both with experience in celebrated venues in NYC. We expanded our kitchen staff to include Douglas Luf whose background includes The Four Seasons in Boston & Chicago along with The Red Lion in Stockbridge.
